"Very happy with our stay"

"Location was good for access to the tram, room kitchen contents was mixed as was cleanliness as I was not happy with the initial room we were given. The bed was extremely comfortable and hot water aplenty. Free laundry room. Overall good value for money and the gentlemen on reception were helpful and friendly."

"Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

"Everything about this accomodation is excellent. The location is superb with the tram right outside the front door and its proximity to the city and riverside. If you are visiting the city, save some money on car rental and just stay here. Within walking distance to an abundance of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, and all of the festivities along the riverside. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again. "

"The room was prepaid at a rate of $150. However, when I arrived, the clerk charged my card an additional $170, saying the room had not been paid for and that they needed to check my card details. I explained that the booking had already been prepaid, but the charge was still processed. "Great location - close to Southern Cross station and super walkable. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Was really quiet and felt safe. Huge selection of free in room movies were a nice touch too! "

"I thought Peppers was more high end than this. This is a weird place. Strange lobby, checkin and bar. No room service and no drinks or water in mini bar, so after arriving late disappointed not to have any options. Perhaps I missed this when choosing the hotel. The bed mattress was awful and I rolled into the groove of people who have stayed before me. Anyway it’s fine, but not great. "

"Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student...

"Great place to stay room was clean the staff were really good to talk to and respond to the help I needed. Being able to walk to every destination we chose to go see was an added bonus and made the stay more enjoyable."
