"Nice clean hotel"

"Very good location close to all things . Lovely bar restaurant area ground floor . Rooms facing harbour are great . Great TV and easy to use . Clean rooms and spacious. "

"We ended up with a top room with a view of the whole harbor! Also an amazing breakfast buffet with menu items was included. The staff was helpful and the hotel spotless. The location is central and we were able to walk to the places we wanted to visit."

"What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay. "

"Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again and reccommend somewhere else for better customer service. "

"One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby...

"Good stay"

"Our rooms were very nice, modern and clean. We had booked a room with 3 bedrooms. It’s was spacious, each bedroom had its own bathroom and one bedroom was in its own mini suite with separate entrance. The beds were comfortable and the location is right downtown within easy walk to everything including restaurants, shopping, Sky Tower, University etc. "
