Beautiful accommodation with extraordinary friendly staff who welcomed us super friendly and were always super helpful. Definitely a home away from home!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The worst experience we had in Tanzania and also in all my african travels. The photos looked nice, the garden also acceptable, but....as we arrived the reception had no idea of the booking. Walls dirty, has not seen paint for years. Same the rooms, old paint falling off walls, leakages on walls,toilet without the board...We checked a few rooms, all the same. We left our luggages there and went for search of some other place. We found it and subsequently wanted to leave due to the poor hygiene. Reception called some manager/owner who started screaming into the phone in a mix swahili/english like all is ok and we must pay for our stay. Then the guard closed the iron entry doors to prevent us from leaving. I was thinking of calling a police first, but, you know, this is Africa so I gave them 50 euro note and they opened the gate. At the other place not far away we were told that it is a "massage" hotel. Should be delisted from expedia
