One draw back, we got unlucky with a fire alarm scare during breakfast rush hour, and the staff didn't look trained on what to do in these circumstances. "

"We contacted the hotel for late check-in (after 7 pm) and were informed that they would reach out with instructions. Unfortunately, we were not contacted, and we were locked outside when we arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, someone working in the restaurant let us in and called someone to figure out how we could access our keys. The breakfast was good in the morning and thank goodness for the restaurant staff."
