This property is unique with its set up as build like a ship. Rooms have lovely balconies. Most activities on top floor, pool, restaurants, gym, with wonderful view on the ocean.

Very comfortable hotel

A lovely hotel and most comfortable. Enjoyed the Thalasso pools and a massage, very relaxing. Only disappointment was the seafood buffet dinner, not what we wanted as not a big fan of shellfish or buffets.

Bad Toiletries

I miss shampoo and conditioner and others cosmetic in my bathroom- there is only “shampoo & body wash “ 2in 1 in shower - that’s pretty cheap for this prices. On the photos of all room is toiletries in small sizes.. ;-( When I ask at receptin they gave me conditioner. However it was missing in my room.

Très bon séjour d'une nuit de passage à Arzon

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel où nous avons passé une nuit. Le personnel était à notre écoute, la chambre spacieuse avec une jolie vue. Literie confortable et environnement paisible. Concernant les accès spa, piscine panoramique et les divers soins possible nous avons trouvé que cela manquait d'informations. Nous avons en effet dû déambuler un certain temps afin d'obtenir les explications sur les différents accès et tenues à adopter (peignoir, serviette, etc).

Originalité de l'établissement, piscine et parcours marin très agréable, chambre vue mer très plaisante. Personnel parfait et professionnel. Cependant un léger "bémol" pour le diner. Un établissement de cette catégorie devrait avoir un restaurant avec un chef étoilé. Nous avons eu un buffet de fruits de mer très correct mais j'aurais attendu des produits un peu plus élaborés et raffinés.

Parfait, sauf le restaurant.

Excellent séjour, chambre spacieuse, luxueuse et lumineuse. Service au petit soin avec des employés en or. Spa et piscine très bien et facile d'accès. Bémol pour le restaurant qui n'était vraiment pas terrible. A ce prix là, nous nous attendions à quelque chose de beaucoup plus qualitatif que ce menu découverte globalement fade et sans saveur.

Séjour agréable des petits détails sont à revoir

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Miramar la Cigale, l'hôtel est bien situé dans un environnement agréable, spacieux et élégant, le quartier est vraiment sympa. La chambre (grand large) était spacieuse et confortable, on apprécierait une salle de bains un peu plus spacieuse et dotée d'une douche séparée de la baignoire, mais c'est correct, une possibilité de tamiser l'éclairage serait aussi un plus. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon, le choix varié et le service est efficace et agréable. Les détails qui nous trouvons vraiment irritants pour un hôtel 5 étoiles sont des taches ici et là sur la moquette (notre chambre avait une grosse tache dans l'entrée) et dans les couloirs, les traces laissées dans le bas des murs par le frottement des dessertes utilisées par le personnel d'étage. Ca ne fait pas top pour un 5 étoiles. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les services du spa, ni la restauration. Une prise en charge des détails évoqués renforcerait l'image positive de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrions au Miramar si nous en avons l'occasion.

Très bon séjour, hôtel bien entretenu.

Très bel hôtel bien entretenu. Chambre agréable, vue terre et mer avec un balcon permettant de s’installer à deux et de profiter de la vue. Personnel disponible, serviable et aimable. Femmes de chambres plus que parfaites. Proche d'une belle plage et des commerces. Je recommande cet établissement. Les environs, les iles aux alentours méritent un séjour plus long que le notre !
