"HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

"Room was very humid and AC didnt work very well shower water was barely warm. I didnt sleep well in the warm humid room. Everything else was great the people working were friendly and the breakfast was not bad. I think if they remodeled and upgraded some of the run down rooms it would be a great place to stay"

"AC didn’t keep cool at night time. Pool was supposed to be heated but cold. Rooms are dated and need some attention. It’s a decent hotel for the area but overpriced for overall room condition."

"I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was rude, the owner was even worse. We checked out early and was still charged for the entire reservation. Also some how our cc information was mishandled and being used at other properties."

"I will never stay at this property again. The room I checked into had a dirty comfort and soiled sheets with bodily fluids and hair. I moved to a second room which had no soap in the pump at the sink and one kleenex in the box. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty. Shower had very little pressure. Pillows are not comfortable. No attendant at the desk the second time I went to report problems so I just had to deal with it for themight. I waited 10-15 minutes . A very disappointing...

"The breakfast was by far the best I have ever experienced. Parking was good. We didn’t use the pool but it was easy access as well as the fitness center. It was a busy weekend due to graduation. We arrived at 4:20 and had to wait for our room to be ready. We had a suite and there were no plates to use. The couch was uncomfortable. The staff was very pleasant. We received emails offering services. Breakfast was phenomenal so we left happy."

"The hotel was decent and for the price it was on par with that. All I would say is that is was decent and clean nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. Middle of the road place. I would say however that the coffee is awful no half and half or flavored creamer and it tasted like it was made with yesterday’s grounds. That’s really my only complaint any hotel should at-least have a decent coffee set up."
