We had the most fabulous stay at this hotel! Outstanding location, incredible room, delicious meals - breakfast and dinner and a truly wonderful service from all the staff. We enjoyed the canoeing and cycling. The sauna view is second to none. We loved Dalsland and this hotel.

The staff was not present for check in and we had to wait a long time. Despite great weather the staff did not open the pool. Broken shower door and broken furniture at breakfast.
