"Great location for Olde Mistick Village and the aquarium. Short drive to everything else. Hotel could use a few more exterior doors and/or luggage carts because it is really spread out, but it was clean and very upscale. Nice pool, too. Restaurant… Server was lovely, but food and beverage were severely lacking. Would definitely stay again, but would take advantage of the excellent nearby food options. (Definitely go get a donut at Deviant.)"

"Great price. Simple accommodations. Easily checked in went to room. Used the gas grill and worked fine. Worker came and chatted offered some tin foil and said we could use the other grill too which was charcoal and the charcoal is for use. Great gem of a location just drive 5 minutes to state beach. We used the outdoor nice pool a lot. We will be back. This was our 5th time there over the years."
"My fiancee and I have stayed at this location for many years under different hotel brands, and have found our stays with Best Western to be the best. We have enjoyed our stays in Mystic, and our stay at the hotel has been a major part of them. Accessibility off of the highway and proximity to Old Mystic Village and Downtown Mystic are great and are a major reason we have stayed here multiple times. Looking forward to our next stay at Best Western Mystic."
