"Breakfast—delicious and plentiful, the room was roomy and very nice, the bathroom was nicer sized and there was plenty of room! I loved the two TVs. This allowed me to watch TV and my daughter to watch her shows. I didn’t like the swim lessons at the pool or the parking situation, and the balcony was so small and there was standing water on the floor due to the prior rain storm that made it unusable for our entire stay. The bar was shady as well. I went to order something for my daughter and there was a line. It closed at 10 pm and I finally got to the staff about 5 minutes before closing and they refused to take my order and told they were closed. After a long day of traveling and to turn away a child with time to spare—completely unprofessional and rude. I have never experienced this with Embassy before and hope to never ever again."
