"Oh my goodness! What a beautiful place to stay! Not to mention, in October, the leaves around the area is so beautiful getting to the Groton Inn! Everything was so very quaint and clean! Coffee was available anytime we wanted it, and a lovely little breakfast. It’s delicious pastries. There was always a beautiful fire in the fireplace right in the lobby. You can’t go wrong staying at the Groton Inn."

"Heather and Jason are such accommodating hosts! If you’re looking for a small town mom and pop cozy spot to spend a night or more at, this is the spot. They’ll text you details and ask what you’d like for breakfast! Waters and tea can be available 24/7. They even provide pads, dental floss, make up wipes, etc in the bathrooms if needed. If you need anything else, just let them know. They also own two beautiful and super sweet dogs! They’re usually away from guests unless requested for that fur baby moments that you miss. It’s great because I always miss my fur babies when I travel. Such a quaint and quiet spot to relax and enjoy my time from a busy city! I will be back and hopefully sooner than later."

"Hotel was being renovated, but it did not ever tell me that when I was making the reservation. There was some noise late from revelers and some from construction. I arrived Thursday and left Sunday. On Saturday around 1245 in the afternoon, some hotel employee just keyed open my door and entered without any knock or warning. I was sitting on the couch watching football. I found it very unsettling. He said that he thought it was a checkout day room, but nothing anywhere indicated that. I do not believe he was entering to steal, etc, but was likely just careless."
