"You pay to stay but you also have to pay to park. A pretty ridiculous thing for the people who are reserving hotel rooms. The amenities inside are barely open. You can eat pizza all day but restaurants don’t open until 5. The water park isn’t open until 10am. Kids are staying there for the water park. They don’t wake up at 9am. They want to wake up and play. There’s nothing open in the meantime. "

"Have stayed at this location several times. Love it, EXCEPT the floors/carpets in the rooms really need a good cleaning (not just a vacuuming) ! I thought it was just the first room we stayed in about a year ago, but have been in 2 others rooms since and have experienced the same carpet dirt in each room. There is no odor or noticeable stains, just dirty carpets. Our socks were filthy from walking on the carpet. Not exaggerating. All others areas of the room were clean, well maintained....

"Terry is a wonderful host and she prepares delicious breakfasts. The home is charming and it sits on a lake with a view of Mount Monadanock. There is a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine and beer (complimentary). There is a TV room. Terry prepares a nice mid-afternoon snack. We think it is the best B & B."

"One of he elevators wasn’t working and the front staff did not tell us that. It felt like I was sharing a room with the people next-door. I could literally hear their conversations the whole night and they were arguing back and forth. The heating system would turn on really loud and it was worse at night time because it was quiet. "
