"All around great hotel, not to mention a great value! My favorite was the 5ft swimming pool and hot tub, Very good "free breakfast", plus everything was spotless. You can't do better than this hotel, highly recommended.Staff was helpful and friendly! GREAT EXPERIENCE!"

"We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Also left a medical remote my husband uses and they called me to let me know! Very nice staff with checking in/out and breakfast was nice, stocked with food, and clean. "

"We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean!"

"We did not spend much time in the hotel on our visit, but the room was nice, the bed and linens were great. The breakfast was a little expensive so we found other places to eat. We did not want a buffet - too much food for us."

"Room was clean, shower was nice, TV offered good options. Front desk staff were rude. Pool was not operational one day and freezing once it was operational. Lobby was nice and complimentary breakfast was very basic (partly due to Covid)."
