We stayed thete to visit Biltmore. We had reservations for 2 nights, but stayed only 1 due to yhe conditions. I checked out the next day. I ask about getting my money back for the second night, but due to booking it through Expedia i was told i couldn't. The room smelled horrible. We had to unplugthe mini fridge because it was so loud. The worst part was a fire hazard. The bed is directly under the headboard as it should be, but the plug for the lamp is under it, right in front of the mattress. The light went out and my husband looked and the prongs of the splug were showing, bare plug. We had to unplug it too. We left and stayed elsewhere. It was a terrible experience.
