"The room was clean. It was a suite so we had plenty of toom. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It is dog friendly. The decor was very cute all over the hotel. The breakfast was yummy. The staff was friendly. The lady at might was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning was also super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. We had a sixth floor suite. The view was even nice."

"First while checking in I was insulted by the registrar. Then I was told I can’t stay after I paid.. One elevator worked ( NOT GOOD FOR THE DISABLED. Then we go to leave the next day they wanna charge for breakfast wasn’t disclosed and no dumb waiters for your luggage .. OVERALL BAD"

"Check in time was 3:00 p.m. we arrived at 5:15 and the front desk said they didn't have any rooms ready after a half hour we got into a room. There was no hand towels or no kleenexes in the room there was cobwebs in corners and slang written on the ceiling. Also absolutely no coffee anywhere in the hotel. The lady at the front desk never got up off her chair, making you look over the front desk. I've worked at hotels and I feel that was very rude. Maybe I should say she was lazy. The hotel...
