"The downtown location of this hotel is incredible - you can walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries. Parking was easy, the room was TO DIE for, the whole property is incredibly clean, tbe breakfast is delicious, there’s coffee/tea/water all the time, the patio between houses is super nice, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing. 15/10, literally cannot wait to go back."

"The location of this hotel is great if you’re going to a concert at the auditorium. It’s also in a safe neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options. However, the area beside it has space for semi trucks to load in during the night. You can hear them backing up and beeping, which is annoying. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to skip this hotel. "

"Great service, staff and basically everything but the room. Rooms are tiny, like you're in Midtown NYC, but it's AVL. Zero counter space. Bathroom is like a phone booth, wakes up entire room with light. Sink not in bathroom. Super rough towels. Beds not super comfy. No fridge. Hotel experience is great. Rooms are awful."

"Nice location. Heaven forbid you expect to have coffee available first thing in the morning. Breakfast was without any "gravy" for the biscuits. Breakfast begins at 6:30, but apparently they don't care about the coffee being available until closer to 7:00 AM. Front desk host in the AM cares more about his phone and texting than he does about the paying guests. Having TV on an entirely Spanish speaking channel helped me recall my Spanish classes from 40 years ago, This hotel was a bit out...
