After driving more than four hours to arrive, I was hoping for a restful night’s sleep, especially since I needed to be up at 6:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the noise made that difficult, and I only managed to get around five hours of sleep."

Room was perfect for a quick business trip, loved that there was no creepy bed spread, everything looks pretty new and well maintained. "Mattress was hard, sheets rough, towels stained, shower dirty. Bad location on noisy road. They lock the lobby to keep homeless out, saw them tell one to leave when he tried to get through locked doors. The free breakfast was worthless, no coffee and practically out of food by 7AM. "

"My bathroom inside my room was absolutely unacceptable upon arrival. There was fecal matter and urine all over the toilet, which made the space unsanitary and uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was told no one could clean the bathroom until the next morning. No alternative room, upgrade, compensation, or refund was offered. The lack of cleanliness and customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience."
