"The hotel and gaming were great."

"When we checked in we had to go back downstairs to get toilet paper and wash clothes. The light in the sink area was out, and the air-conditions did not work. We only stayed 2 hour and left and went and found a nicer, cleaner hotel with all the systems operating. I definitely would not recommend this hotel."

"I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The clerk that afternoon was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean and had what I needed to feel safe and comfortable. I would stay there again when I pass through that city."

"Nice old place in decent shape. The breakfasts were wonderful. Not having someone there, other than the lady who came in to cook and serve breakfast, was somewhat of a negative, as we would have liked to ask questions, especially in the evenings, about places to eat and things to do. Also, a bathtub/shower, with no really hard-mounted grab bars, is not really good for seniors"

"The entire weekend was amazing- dinner at restaurant at night was delicious. Breakfast every morning was perfect but the macarons were the best!!!"

"The linens were dirty, the tub was stained, the towels and wash cloths were stained brown, there was a greasy substance on the vanity. The bed comforter was stained or dirty, the bathroom door was broken, the baseboards were stained or dirty, the carpet was so dirty my socks became dirty after a few steps."

"Several of us were traveling together and booked well in advance. They overbooked and did not make us aware until check-in and we had an eight night stay planned with children. It was the most inconvenient experience ever. The manager left a young new worker by herself to deal with this issue on one of their busiest check-in days of the year. She called and he talked with me and he was so rude. Then he proceeded to tell me that the only way that a room can be guaranteed there is if we were to...

"I stayed one night. It was ok. Room was relatively clean. Could use a good deep cleaning. Corners of room was not that clean. The shower head was crusted over with calcium or something crunggy looking. No breakfast. Didn’t use ac. The temp in room was fine. The computer system was down so I had to wait close to an hour to get checked in. The price was way too high for what you get. I don’t believe I would stay again. "

"Elevator was not working. Front desk lady had to manually push a button for us..She told us it had been out for 3 weeks. Our room phone did not work so we had to use our own phone to call her for an elevator."
