"Three elevators with only one of them working, the entire time I was there. There are stairs which I used once from my 5th floor room, but then discovered the stairwell does not open on the 2nd floor and the second floor is where the restaurant, bar, gym and everything else you might want are located. There's a sign in the lobby " Rise and Dine!" When I finally arrived at the breakfast room with, of course, my room key, I was asked if I had a coupon...meaning, had I paid for breakfast upfront?...

"The host gave us a free upgrade. He helped us find a good place for dinner. He couldn’t have been more helpful! Breakfast choices were good quality. Rooms were quiet."
