"Good place to stay. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The lighting was good and there was a decent-sized TV in the room, unlike other hotels. Staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. It was also nice and quiet.
The bathroom was a strange design with the shower glass not extending far enough so the shower would spray onto the rest of the bathroom and soaked a lot of the bathroom floor. The door opened ok, but would hit the toilet seat if opened too...

"The room was clean and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The shower was nice and the water was hot. The environment outside the room was quiet. The only downside was the water dripping outside a couple of the rooms. Definitely a trip/slip hazard for people who have mobility issues.
Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and close to southern cross railway station. Free tram zone just around the corner. A quick ride to Bourke Street Mall and shops and...

"Good space, nice view, friendly staff. Kitchen was well equipped, having a fridge and dishwasher was handy for a long stay, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms look out to the Shrine of Remembrance, which gave us a great view.
For improvements, the living room lights were too dim and the beds and carpet were showing their age, although still decent.

"I was only at this property for about 12 hours as I was travelling It was so convenient to walk to station to get sky bus to airport.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and plenty of room and a great price for what I wanted.I would certainly go back and stay !!"
