When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). "We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during our entire visit, always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely worth every extra dollar — everything was delicious, fresh, and there were plenty of options to enjoy each morning. The only disappointing part was the temperature inside the rooms. It was extremely hot, and although you can request a fan, it unfortunately didn’t make much of a difference. Aside from that issue, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the staff."
