"Loved staying here perfect location, our window was the harbors' view. OMG so worth it, the breakfast was delicious. And all the workers courteous and professional. Our room attendant kept our room super clean. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing and on top of the building. We had it to ourselves thorough the trip. Location was top across the street from Bruce lee statue in one direction and the Temple market in the other direction, took the train to women's market. Groceries stores near hotel. food souvenirs', also Don Donki for Japanese noodles."

Stayed here for my annual visit for over 5 years and the property is not showing its age yet. No frills kind of hotel and the restaurants of high standards too. "Overall the Ibis was great 10 mins away from the centre but the trams outside all went there and cost about 30p, tap on , tap off...same on the way back Clean , functional rooms, good size Staff were very helpful, breakfast was varied and good The only real downside was that the bar and restaurant closed at 6pm which was early, but there were other restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes on the tram"

Memorable positive include the Assistant Chief Concierge, Steven Hon, was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs, from recommending a great hike on Dragon back to a local sushi restaurant and ordering taxis and helping with our luggage. He exemplified honest engagement with the customer and caring. The hotel is a bit dated physically but has great views and a warm ambience. Additional strengths are the location and great view of the harbor. Excellent massage in the spa and tasting menu at the French restaurant."
