We booked the suite to fit our family of 4. There was plenty of space for all of us to unwind after a full day out exploring Hong Kong. The kids enjoyed the above bed bunks , but they were very high and hard to climb into so that may be an issue if you have younger children.( My kids were 11 and 13) Otherwise, short walk to the MTR station and only 1 stop away from Central.

Great location with amazing staff, however, the floor we were staying on smelt quite bad when we got there and was clearly wet or possibly even leaking which led to not only the first impression of the floor being bad but the room also having a bit of a bad wet smell which was not pleasant.

The Reception is dark. At night not much light. The Booking Clerk had to use the torch on his phone to show us sight seeing places in a map. The breakfast is very basic. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff was helpful and polite, friendly as well, and hotel is located in a convenient area with many eateries and cafes around. It is also just within a few minutes’ walk from Sheung Wan MTR station so it makes it easy to commute or even walk to Central and beyond. However, housekeeping was not so tip top, and some days it appeared like a rushed job with only towels (left on the floor) changed, bins emptied, and generally room neatened but could tell not everything was attended to, e.g., there was hair on the bathroom floor, bed wasn’t made properly; otherwise it’s fine.
