"Warm welcome in a picturesque hotel. Personnel was very friendly, spoke English and Dutch. The room itself was very nice. Bathroom was small, but we knew from pictures in advance. The room was clean and the bed was very good. The only real negative was the lack of airco (which we also knew in advance). Breakfast was very good. Products were high quality and tasteful. "We had a wonderful stay at Ferme de la Rançonnière and would absolutely recommend it. The property is beautiful, full of history, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the grounds were peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the Normandy landing beaches while still enjoying a quiet countryside setting. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was also very good. "Really nice, family run hotel a few minutes from the village centre. The room was very clean and the food (breakfast) was very good. Very recommended for a family especially if you want a base to visit the D-Day beaches etc."

"Wonderful location, wonderful hosts. Lovely B&B perfectly located away from the D-Day towns and beaches, but only minutes from the important sites by car. My only regret is over-scheduling outside events, we would have preferred more time just enjoying the place. We WILL be back!"
