"This hotel was wonderful in Aspen! We would definitely stay here again. It was also the cheapest place we could find. We stayed here for just one night. It was clean and the room was amazing. We even had a couch and a picnic table type set-up in the room. There was a nice sliding door that led to where we could sit outside. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice! Five stars!"
"Booked a mountain view room. Paid extra to be sure to have it. They dont give it. When you bring it up, they tell you nothing can be done and that the manager works from home"
"It’s very loud upstairs. It wakes me up sooooo early coz it’s was just banging. Idk if they are cleaning or what but it’s very inconsiderate. I want to sleep in but it didn’t happen."
