"Very disappointing and not what we expected
We stayed one night at Mountain Chalet Snowmass and were very disappointed with the property. The hotel is extremely dated and run-down, and the condition was considerably worse than we expected based on the online presentation.
The elevator was out of service, and the cable television in our room was not working. The room and overall property also appeared much more worn and outdated than we expected.

"Check in process was simple and easy. Loved the communication by text. Bunnie was helpful at the front desk. Our condo was a perfect landing spot for a few days full of big and little adventures. Mountain View was unbelievable and it was such a treat to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee each morning. Amenities provided like coffee, snack bars, and basic cooking supplies made our stay feel like we were at a friends place rather than a rental. Closet space was great to store all our stuff...
