"Very clean property, reasonably priced and well-maintained with a nice and accessible staff. There's a breakfast but only runs until 9am even on weekends and the checkout time is 10am which seems early. There's no elevator, so that may be a consideration for older/disabled. No gym, pool or frills but comfortable beds, fridge, microwave and well located, though not really in-town as the website purports. There's a great restaurant, Coyote Moon, just next door. No pets allowed. I would stay here...

"We had a wonderful stay! The area is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the cabin was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.
We didn’t use the hot tub because we spent our time relaxing at the Pagosa hot springs resort instead. We only saw the staff once when we arrived, but we were busy exploring the area and didn’t need anything during our stay.
We noticed that some of the other cabins accommodated guests with large dogs,...

"The property overall was nice. Our room was in The Classic building. Our room had a really strong sulfur smell at night. We know that hot springs have that smell but it was WAY worse in our room than even the outside air! It was so bad at 4am that it woke me up. Had we returned earlier in the evening (we didn’t get back until midnight), I would have asked for a different room. The room was also very dated & not worth the price. We were very disappointed.
