We were in another building, about a five minute walk from the reception, but they helped us with the luggage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great. Would stay again.

kami tiba pukul 17.00 sore, front office sudah tutup, kami menunggu lama sekali bersama tamu dr Malaysia.... sampai akhirnya kami menghubungi emergency call dan tahu kalau kunci ditaruh di mail box. tulisan di depan : check in 15.00 - 19.00, tetapi kami tiba 17.00 sdh tutup receptionisnya
