"Unique: each room has a literature theme (e.g., history, nature, business, even erotic literature!) which made it fun and a great conversation piece. The lounge with coffees, teas, waters, juices, fruits and snacks was super convenient (and essential given the room does not have coffee machine) and is also a nice library and lounge. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
