"Staff was polite, no issue there. The property needs some major TLC. You can tell it hasn’t been kept up with from the outside to the rooms. The headboard in my room had stains, the walls had stains.. the bathroom had gross stuff in the corners. My bed had weird black debris on it also hair and stains on the pillow cases and sheets.. beds were hard as a rock! Paying for parking there is a rip off, it should be free. Not $20 a night.. I can see why it was $100 a night when we booked. Will not be returning. Also the pictures on here are misleading its not that nice and clean looking."

"This was remodeled but is not a fancy hotel. I now LOVE this hotel! I've stayed at nicer hotels around Orlando before, but this Rosen Inn was one of the best experience for me. SPACIOUS room! AWESOME huge mini-mart in the lobby. BEST water pressure EVER! Rare to sleep comfortably in hotels and this was one of them. AC was not that annoying for me at all. Incredible location in the Sand Lake neighborhood alongside International Dr with all the stores and restaurants within walking distance. One of the BEST areas to spend a weekend at. Applebee's is directly across the street to walk at for meals. Ate there twice and enjoyed it. You can clearly see the Volcanic Bay's mountain across street on I-4 from the hotel. *Parking is not free."
