"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. "Die Betten sind für mich leider zu weich, das bin ich anders gewöhnt. Eigenartig, dass man die Fenster nicht mal auf Kipp stellen konnte, somit konnte ich mein Zimmer nicht lüften. Es gibt jedoch eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Sollte ich ein zweites Mal in der Gegend sein, würde ich mir ein anderes Hotel lieber buchen."
