"I know the property is in renovation so noise was ok Pool and Hot tub could have been cleaner Lots of sand and grim on sides around water edge Temp of water in both pool and hot tub very good Even though its in renovation be sure all rooms being rented out and in great condition and not needing small repairs or maintenance ie faucets aerators on faucets drapes hanging doors sticking carpets very dirty.
