I absolutely love this hotel; staff was nice, room very very clean, the mall is near by, there was a working air conditioner, TV, and a washer and dryer which was a super plus since i was traveling a couple countries during those two weeks.

The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The studio suite exceeded my expectations. The Del Sol Mall was 200 meters away and the downtown core was 400 meters away. Very convenient for what I had to do. It’s also about 15 minutes away from the airport. When I come back to Asuncion, I will be staying here again.

Excellent place to stay. It had everything I needed and reception staff very pleasant and helpful. 1 block from Shopping at del Sol, which has groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and lots of stores. Illy coffee stand across the street. Walking is challenging due to sidewalks not well maintained but it’s a perfectly safe neighborhood. I have already booked another Ava Rentals property when I return in 9 months.

Brand new

Brand new building. Comfortable and very clean. Had kitchen & laundry machine. Only disappointed was the swimming pool was closed for the month. Had I known I would have booked their other properties. Hotels.com did not update the amenities availability.
