"I absolutely loved my stay at Basma Hotel-Aswan. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and was made to feel so special by all the staff. Special thank you to Miss Reham, guest relations manager, Felo from the Admin team, Mohamed from the night reception team and the wonderful Mr Waleed from the restaurant.
