The garden view from the downstairs room gave privacy and a beautiful atmosphere to sit in. Stay here if you can, Nicky will great you as a long lost friend. Superb! "Nice hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, right across street from terminal with views of planes but excellent soundproofing/quiet, only 5 minute walk to Antarctic center, a Woolworth and off airport restaurants, hotel restaurant and bar on top floor has very good food, excellent views of runways and sunsets, robot cats help deliver food. Would highly recommend, especially if have early flight."

"Location is very convenient - close to everything. Plenty of on-street parking nearby (free between 5:00 pm and 9:00 am the following day). The only downside is the room was pretty small - we have difficulty opening our large suitcase and could only climb onto the bed from one side as the other side was pushed against the window."

"Loved our kitchen, could have eggs and toast for breakfast. The staff were friendly and nicely renovated rooms. We enjoyed the free shuttle bus to Christchurch airport, saved us a lot of time given we had a fair bit of luggage. Thank you"
