"Gteat hotel would stay again"

"I was more than pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at Marinoa Resort Hotel. From check-in, the entire staff was extremely helpful and professional. I was able to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner who traveled with me. The room service breakfast was amazing. As was the room and its stunning view of the surrounding harbor and distant city lights. I will definitely plan on staying here again."

"Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel."

"Wonderful stay in Fukuoka. Plenty of room for our family of six. The furnishings and decor were pretty chic. And I loved that the bathtub and appliances were cozy and good quality, unlike many rentals. The location can’t be beat. Thank you for having us!"

"Very clean, spacious and family friendly"

"Nine States Tojinmachi was perfect. The location was excellent — just steps from Tojinmachi Station and within walking distance of Ohori Park and Fukuoka Tower. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.Service was outstanding. We loved our stay so much that we made another reservation and extended our trip. The customer service team handled everything smoothly and made the whole process completely worry‑free."

"The hotel is not a far walk from the Fukuoka tower and other restaurants with a grocery store and convenient stores very close by. They offer a Japanese style breakfast each morning that was good"

"Very friendly staff"

"Cozy and nice location!"

"It was such an amazing experiences. The staff was super nice and the area is so so peaceful. Island is so kind. Everything was bliss. Not much of an ocean view at our spot because the tree covered part of it but still you could see a lot of the ocean and you can easily walk around and see more of it thanks to the park and viewpoints. Love it! Will come back one day."

"Room is clean, staff is helpful. Perfect!"

"Great location, nice room, good value."

"Very clean and comfortable with excellent staff"

"Location and room size were perfect!!"

"I just got back from my trip to Fukuoka and have been raving about our stay. The staff was wonderful and they fulfilled our dream of riding bicycles through the city to get to the SoftBank Hawks baseball game. It was such a fun and unique way to see the city plus easy entry/exit to the ball game. The staff helped us with check-in and even got us a couple of extra pillows. Also, the room was great and having laundry at the hotel was super convenient. In addition, I loved the location and...
