The hotel feels dated and the lighting is somewhat dim. The room needs to be renovated. I also feel that some of the pictures online don't quite match the actual facility. The booking website showed fish in the garden, but when I visited, there were actually no fish. The most disappointing aspect was the bell service. Unlike what we usually experience in Japanese hotels, we had to place our own luggage on the cart instead, and it was only delivered to the elevator entrance rather than to our room. The staff showed no smiles and seemed quite unenthusiastic. The service could definitely be improved. For a 4 star hotel, the overall experience was very disappointing.
