Cari Hotel Kapsul di Atami

"Nice clean place to stay and relax"

"Beautiful property - absolutely breathtaking from the moment you arrive. The staff were super nice and helpful. David who works at the tea bar is also lovely. Amenities are great here and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We never wanted to leave. We got the forest room and it was so nice to wake up to. The public bath was also super clean and nice. Our skin felt great afterwards. Would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast there also. It was a big meal but so delicious."

"This place was a great relaxing getaway! The location was great overlooking Atami & the ocean. I would highly recommend booking a private onsen. My wife & I enjoyed that thoroughly. Dinner & breakfast were great as well. Thanks again to the Relax Resort team!"

"The Ryokan itself is very nice, the entrance is very beautiful, the staff is wonderful above average even in Japanese standards, particularly Nanami the room attendant was absolutely top notch impecable service. Do consider this Ryokan is in the middle of the town so no views from the public bath and there is some traffic noise, there was also some noise due to demolition work right next door, it ended around 5pm and restarted at around 8:30am. The room does have an amazing view to the beach and...

"Good hotel , great location"

"This is a lovely classic Japanese place to stay. Lovely view. Nice onsen. Great value. Adequate breakfast. Beautiful area in the hills."

"The open onsen feels still feels private since it can fit really only 2-3 people so others just wait their turn on the outside balcony. Doesnt take that long anyways. Just be aware of the trek up the hill and the hotel has no elevators."
