"Let me start off with the staff was 10/10 helpful. However the hotel is not maintained well. The sofa bed is worn out and gross and kept breaking. Bathroom is gross with a yellowish stained sink. Our faucet broke during the stay so we washed our hands in the shower until they fixed it the next morning. Constantly had staff in the room because of this. They offered the breakfast as compensation which was nice. But breakfast is frozen foods they warm up and throw in warmers, nothing fresh. Oh and...

"I came very late at night , specifically asked for two twins beds. We are couple and a child. Received 2 singles and a couch that was so narrow and uncomfortable for any human , my 12 years old couldn’t use it. This was last min booking, based on the reviews I took the chance.
The worse night for our family, no one got a sleep. Not comfortable.
We were told parking was close by, and it was 15 min walk . Not ideal at 1am. Normally I would ask if they had any other room, but we were exhausted...
