Again clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Noisy if you are in a room facing the street, request the back. Hot water supply and water pressure could be improved. Would stay again

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Fab breakfast- try the French toast or Greek omelette! Loved the roof terrace with hot tub. A suggestion would be to provide hot tub towels- maybe coloured? Responsive to queries. Water pressure and supply of hot water a bit iffy- the only thing to improve really.

The property is conveniently located in Plaka close to the Parthenon, restaurants and shopping. Clean room and nice bed and bathroom was spacious and staff were friendly and helpful and very responsive whenever we had questions. Buffet breakfast was great and we could also order some items from their menu. The hotel also has a nice gelato and cocktail bar downstairs. We enjoyed our stay here.

We did not reqire parking but everything about room and location 5 star. Just beautiful, high ceilings, spacious and spotless. Staff so helpful, gracious, and polite. Loved everything about it and exceptional location.

location is amazing. Plaka offers about 6 square blocks of restaurants and shopping. Property is great. Nice little balcony, bathroom recently remodeled and done nicely. Shower gets water all over but there is a drain to accommodate that. Breakfast to order and buffet is awesome. Staff is kind and always smiling.

Thanos was an excellent host and helped us with whatever we needed. The morning breakfast was an excellent start to the day, and there was a variety of things to eat - from museli to a full cooked breakfast. All of the staff were amazingly helpful. The location could not have been better - clost to the Plaka, Acropolis, Restaurants, Museums, and shops. We walked around Athens for 5 days and had a great time. Only thing that was a bit of a problem was the wifi. We do no sit on our phones or laptop for large amounts of time, but we did need it for plane tickets and paying bills at home. The wifi is terrible - slow, and inconsistent. We were not able to do anything with the wifi. Not sure if that is an Athens thing or a hotel thing. But other than that the hotel was amazing. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Everything was perfect location is excellent one side you have the acropolis and the other side the arch of Hadrian priceless food delicious but the most important thing the staff was amazing helpful and very kind thank you thanos for your hospitality

Plaka Arch Suites is located perfectly for a traveler. On the edge of shops and restaurants as well as sites to see. The room is comfortable and clean. Thomas has been accommodating with personality and wonderful breakfast.

The location is excellent and very close to most activities. However, the pictures of the hotel are not very accurate—the rooms are smaller than they appear online. Breakfast is really good. You can order from the menu, and they also serve fresh orange juice, which is delicious. The staff are very nice and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, the noise at night is extremely loud. The hotel should improve the windows with better soundproofing because the noise from outside wakes you up several times during the night due to people screaming in the streets.

I had a truly relaxing stay at Plaka Arch Suites and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel is extremely close to the Acropolis and all the main attractions, making it easy to explore everything on foot — yet it’s tucked away just enough to remain peaceful and quiet. Even though I arrived in the middle of the night and left very early in the morning, everything was handled seamlessly. Transportation was arranged for me, and the check-in process was smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with many amenities that made my stay comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection to start the day. The cleaning and kitchen staff were especially helpful and courteous throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience — comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again.

I only encountered 4 different members of staff here but all of them were so friendly, helpful and very genuine. The hotel itself, the location is it's main strength, you couldn't get a better location. Our room, it was spotlessly clean, very large, very comfortable and so many little additional things, such as robes, slippers, eye masks, all the toiletries you can imagine.
