Great location and space. Staff couldn’t have been better. A little disappointed that water dispenser was bathroom faucet, there wasn’t a breakfast as indicated and the bed upstairs was two twins not a single bed. The description of amenities needs to be edited for reasonable expectations.

Anna and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so convenient - just steps from the Acropolis museum and Plaka! They helped me with car service to and from the airport and to a special dinner atop Lycabettcus hill. I highly recommend 11 Enteka Suites! Anna, thank you for a lovely stay in Athens.

If I could I would give them 10 stars. Perfect location walkable to all of Plaka and the ruins. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

The room was beautifully decorated and clean. I especially liked how sound proof they were as we couldn’t hear any outside noises. The hotel is extremely close to all the ancient ruins, fine dining and shopping. Anna was amazing in helping to secure all our transportation needs. I would highly recommend a stay here and I would definitely like to do so the next time I have a chance.

You can't ask for a better location for visiting the Acropolis and Plaka's pedestrian streets. Wonderful boutique hotel and Anna was a wealth of information for local tips on dining, sightseeing and helping arrange transport. Would definitely stay again

The staff are friendly. We had everything we needed. However, the hotel reception is not manned during the night. While we were in Athens, there was a bomb explosion near the train line. We heard it in our room. At this time there wasn't any staff members to contact in the hotel. There is an emergency number but if we need emergency evacuation then a mobile number is not really useful.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very nice, mattresses very comfortable. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Desk staff on our arrival was excellent, very accommodating and helpful with providing info about what to see and where to go. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Overall the place is nice and clean, in a great location, and with a very good shower. But there were a few very peculiar things: - We got the room on the 3rd floor, which is the only one on that floor, and the lift just opens straight into the room, no door. It's incredibly bizarre and feels unsafe (for example, if we were to call the elevator right after another guests enters it on the 2nd floor, they would end up right in our room). - There's no "do not disturb" sign or any way to tell them not to come in. Our first morning we were woken up by the cleaner. One day when we were leaving and I asked the receptionist to not come up today, she said she would have to pass through our room to get to something? - They have the usual signs claiming to be eco-friendly and to only clean and change towels every 3 days or upon request, but they still cleaned and changed towels almost every day, even when we explicitly asked them not to. - Our first night there was a power outage at 3am, which led to our room being flooded with light from the emergency light which is inside the room - there was no way to turn it off so we couldn't sleep for several hours. When I talked to them the following morning their solution was to put tape over the light, but there was only a half-hearted "sorry" (most places would at least offer some token compensation after something like that)

Unsafe, Deceptive, and Unacceptable – A True Nightmare I booked this hotel through Hotels.com expecting a safe and pleasant stay, but what I experienced was deeply alarming. The hotel’s design is baffling and insecure: the elevator opens directly into the room, and the security code for entry is sent via email—a method that is easily hackable. To make matters even worse, upon our arrival we found that the additional entrance door to our room was left open ajar. In shock, I called Anna immediately. When I asked why the door was open, she curtly explained that it was intentional. I expressed my serious concerns about the elevator’s lack of proper security—as a mother traveling with my child—and she dismissed them with, “We have had this hotel for three years and nothing ever happened,” as if that should be reassuring. The next morning, I spoke with Anna again. She insisted that their email code method was completely safe, showing a clear lack of understanding about cyber security threats. When I then requested a refund because I refused to stay in a smaller room (which she had nonchalantly offered as a “solution”), she flatly stated that since we booked the hotel, we wouldn’t be refunded for any nights we chose not to stay. On top of these serious security and service issues, the room itself was subpar. The toilet seat was broken, and a pamphlet in the room absurdly warned that any damage to the towel—even if used to remove makeup—would result in an extra charge. Moreover,

Amazing Location

No issues at all, other than me not being able to figure out how to initially get into the place- but that was my fault, not theirs. Well-staffed and very modern in appearance. Easy walk to the Acropolis Museum, etc. Get a massage at the place 200 feet away, and restaurants in the walkable neighborhood are quite tasty. Would easily stay here again.
