Airport shuttle service was not as easy to navigate. Lots of confusion on where to meet the driver and had to walk a long way pulling luggage.

El personal de la recepción muy atento a pesar de que llegamos muy noche tuvo la paciencia para entregarnos la habitación y explicarnos el procedimiento para el traslado al aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte muy bueno y el personal amable también. Recomiendo este hotel.

I chose to book this place in Athens in part because of their shuttle service. I arrived when it was already dark. Before my flight to Athens, I sent a message through Expedia. They replied asking for additional details, which I provided, but I never received a response. I sent several follow-up messages and still did not hear back. There was no available WhatsApp number to contact. After arriving in Athens, I had to find someone who would allow me to make a call using a local number, as I am a tourist and do not have a Greek phone number. The woman who answered was very unpleasant and claimed that I had not sent any messages, despite my explanation of the situation. She eventually sent me information on how to contact them via WhatsApp and provided written instructions on how to reach the shuttle meeting point. I followed the directions as best as I could, but I was unable to locate the place—the sign was small and not visible. When I called her again, she was impatient and unhelpful. Fortunately, she gave me the driver’s number. He answered calmly and tried to assist me. When he realized that I was lost, he went out of his way—leaving his passengers—to come find me on foot, brought me to the correct location, carried my bags, and helped me as much as he could. For that, I am very grateful.

Excellent in all aspects! The room is a good size with a comfortable bed, expresso machine, tv with many channels, and an air conditioner that worked well and quietly to heat the room. The bathroom is beautiful! Fully tiled walls, big shower with large attached showerhead, and lighted mirror above the sink. Every area was very clean! There is a friendly staff member at the front desk 24 hours a day. The shuttle service back and forth to the airport was wonderful. There was great communication with the property manager and the driver. It is in a wonderful location only 15 minutes south of the airport. A mini market with coffee shop and a restaurant are on the same block. I had a great night's rest and will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area!

Geschäft zum Glück in der Nähe, leider kein Teebeutel im Zimmer obwohl Wasserkocher vorhanden. Shuttle samt WhatsApp Beschreibung hervorrragend, dafür 2 mal 5 Sterne.

Staff and room were excellent if you need a place to stay one night this will suffice. There is no restaurant and no cafe but a bakery and convenience store are close by. The restaurant across from the hotel is excellent

This is not a luxury hotel. However, it was clean, affordable and great for stay overnight in Athens. Reception lady is a great asset for the hotel.

On the positive side: the room was pleasantly large, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. On the negative side, the elevator was tiny, the roomlock required a key as well as a card, the shower was really not finished, so the shampoo was in little plastic pouches and there was nothing to hang onto for support, there was a surprising amount of door slamming. The impression was that the hotel was still under restoration.

I booked this specifically for the convenience to the airport and its free shuttle. The shuttle from th airport does not run consistently. I don’t want to wait 3 hours for the shuttle so I had to pay25euro (flat rate) for a cab! The morning shuttle worked fine for me. The room was nice but I could hear noises in the hallway.

Great communication and loved the shuttle service from the airport. Just a heads up for future travelers - the church bells next door go off very early and are very loud on special holidays!
