"2/10 - Not worth the 5-star label Food was a major letdown across all three meals — cheap, clearly deep-frozen quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks at the pool bar were watered down. The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. "The hotel beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at during our time in Greece. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. One of dining staff brought me a frappe (no charge!) and they upgraded our room to ocean front view. Comfy beds. The beach was lovely as well as the quick food/drink service. "Ok, fyi I did not read all the reviews when I booked this all inclusive last minute. I was debating between here and 2 others. I only stayed 2 out of 4 nights.
