The accommodation was suitable for a couple wanting to be near the centre for all the attractions. The instructions for gaining entry for the property were straightforward. The owners arranged our taxi to and from the airport and the drivers were excellent. Both English speaking, careful and respectful. The property offers a nice balcony where you can hear the music and talking from the bars below. We had our towels changed whilst we were there which was good considering we only stayed 3 nights

Close to metro station, attentive host, and roomy apt. However, the switch to flip to shower mode was broken so unless you were three feet or under, you were out of luck to for the day.

The apartment is directly above a bar and nightclub style alleyway but while in the apartment with windows closed you can't hear the music or any loud noise. The room has a air conditioner/heater that worked great. The staff messaged us with the instructions for entry a few hours before which made accessing the unit easy. The elevator is quite small so if you have multiple bags only one person with the bags can fit in the elevator but it was only a 2 small flights of stairs to our room. The location was perfect because it was close to bus/train stations (multiple lines), had great food nearby, and good internet at the property.

Specious room, excellent insulation for noise control. The bed is very comfortable. I stayed on Saturday night. Even though there were parties on the nearby streets, I couldn’t hear any noises due to excellent insulation of the doors and gates. I felt the area is pretty pretty safe unlike previous reviews stated. I walked by myself alone at night, felt safe. I would recommend staying in the hotel. These was no staff on the site, but it was not a problem for me as the check in instructions were very clear.

Recommend - Small but nice

Overall, it is a great place to stay. Clean and quiet. The room and bathroom are tiny, but they had all we needed: kettle, fridge, towels, soap/shampoo/hair balsam/body lotion, coffee/tea/sugar. My favorite is the patio - it is huge and perfect for eating/drinking out of the room. The bed and linen are comfortable and clean. Great for a short stay. On the downside, the aircon did not work properly - it did not heat the room, so it was very cold for the end of december.

The room was very clean and spacious. The only negative was the noise from the night bars in front of the property, which you could clearly hear even with closed windows. Actually we could not sleep until 4 o'clock in the morning, because the music was really loud and noisy until that hour. I would really appreciate if the owner of the property informed the owners of these bars that in the opposite building there are people who had a really tiring day and try to sleep.

Great location, short walk to lots of cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. There is a lift, lockers downstairs to leave luggage if you have some time in the city after checkout, a small fridge, air conditioning and our room had a balcony which was lovely. The room is small but is all that is needed for a few nights in Athens.

Tiny and cramped

Athens is great for 2-3 days. Lots of things to. Just have a ride the red bus but preferred to walk every where from our apartment. The apartment is tiny. Two cases and no room to walk. Bath room is also tiny and the toilet is in the shower. Every thing gets wet. No where to hang towels so lay them over the TV. Balcony door lock was broken and door could not be locked.

The location is very noisy as downstairs there are pubs with loud music. They stop the music at 5 am. Couldn't get a good sleep. No housekeeping services. We left the garbage bags outside the door. It was left for 4 days. No one collected it. The furniture is comfortable. The place is clean and well equipped.

Very clean, very spacious. Quick reply and response. A little overpriced probably by 20 Euro. Decent location for walk to the Acropolis and partheon. really it's just a shame with the city has become with all of the graffiti.

It was a typical apartment where you have to do everything yourself. Note that the washroom is not attached to the unit which is kind of annoying. Also, the neighbourhood is not the best... otherwise no complaints

Very cute apartment right in the heart of a cool area. Walking distance to everything. Would not recommend this for families as it tends to get loud in the early hour of the morning. But, that’s what we were looking for so no problem with us.

Nice Apartment; Great Location for Business Travel

The apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and nicely decorated. The flat is well stocked with cooking utensils, china, and silverware. The management was friendly and helpful, and responded immediately to any questions that I texted. The flat is spacious and has a lovely balcony. The Wi-Fi works well, which was very helpful. The building is located near a Metro stop. Also, restaurants with a variety of dining options and a major department store are only a 5 minute walk. The only minor concern is that the building is immediately across the street from a bar, and the patrons were a bit noisy on Saturday night. However, on weeknights it was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Athens Connection Apartments, especially for business travelers.
