Easily accessible to everywhere. All rooms are on 2nd floor, upstairs of a restaurant. You’ll need to climb up 2 flights of stairs to get to your apartment. We struggled a bit with big luggage’s.

The location was convenient, close to the Monasteraki Metro station and walkable in all directions. There were great restaurants available just downstairs.

Very centralised and surrounded by shops and restaurants. In addition, the main attractions are just around the corner and within a few minutes of walking over. Staffs are well trained and professional in serving customers needs. It’s a good hotel to stay in.

My best find in Athens...2 years in a row

I stayed here last year and thought the property and service were so good that upon returning to Athens this was the first place I turned. Savvas was more than helpful and friendly. Keep in mind, these units are above a restaurant/bar that turns the music up a decent amount from 9 PM to midnight, but after midnight the place is as quiet as could be. These units are within walking distance of scores of restaurants and even the Acropolis is a short hike.

Savvas was a great host. Responsive and helpful. We were in Athens for one night before flying out so wanted to be in the heart of the action. The apartment is located near Monastaraki metro/square so plenty to see in the area. Close to many restaurants and shops as well as the Central Market. As it is in a busy area with many restaurants it was noisy until late but we knew this going in. Not advisable for light sleepers or those who want a quiet location. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The small balcony was great for a drink while people watching and listening to the music below.

Amazing stay in Ederlezi Zoubourlou Aparthotel

We had a wonderful stay in Athens. Our host was extremely helpful recommending places to eat and drink to help us get the most out of our two day stay and even booking a taxi to pick us up and take us back to the airport . The accommodation was lovely and right above a bakery that sold the most amazing cakes and breakfasts! Plenty of eateries and bars in surrounding area.The square where the accomodation is on has live Greek music which gives it a great atmosphere!

The room was great. The location was very good for dinning. However, it was very loud at night because the area is very busy, and the restaurant below has live music outside. There were earplugs provided in the room. I think there was supposed to be breakfast vouchers, but we did not receive any.

Had an amazing stay at this property. Owner was very responsive to messages, very helpful and kind. Gifted us a bottle of wine for our stay which was the cherry on top of the cake. Clean. Location is very central, walking distance from many shops and historical monuments in the area. We did not rent a vehicle, it is a very populated area and parking seems like a hassle. 3 minute walk to hop on hop off bus pickup stops and metro station. Endless restaurants and shops to choose from.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! We loved staying at this hotel, it was close to every possible amenity and tourist attraction. Host was kind and communicated with all details needed for a very late check in. We had NO issues during our stay. I cannot wait to return to Athens and stay here. What a lovely place, if you do not mind a little music until midnight I highly recommend Loxandra room with the balcony, we spent every night outside with a bottle of wine listening to live music. Equipped with AC/ Fresh shower, and renovated rooms.

Wonderful

A lovely stay. Absolutely fantastic air conditioning, bed and shower! The rooftop was closed. Fantastic location. Super quiet (Diana room - facing away from the square - no view). Recommend!

Stayed just one night and it was perfect spot. Easy to get to metro stop from Piraeus and then to airport. The room was clean, big bed, great water pressure, and the windows thick enough to drown out the lively square below.

Excellent!

We loved staying at the apartment! Excellent location with walking distance to all the sightseeing attractions. The apartment has a nice standard and was clean. We arrived late at night and used the self-check-in which was very easy! An extra thank you to our host John, who always replied very fast if we had questions and made sure everything was ok. He also helped us book a taxi to the port when we were leaving. 10/10!

Camera molto pulita e molto carina. La struttura affaccia su una piazza molto caratteristica e piena di movimento. L’unica cosa da sapere è che c’è musica fino all’una di notte ma la camera è insonorizzata e non da fastidio, forniscono anche dei tappi. Nel frigorifero c’è una bottiglia di acqua e vino cosa graditissima e il ristorante sotto le camera è molto fornito e aperto fino a tardi. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca è la pulizia della stanza che non viene effettuata e se si pernotta per più giorni la camera si sporca. Per il resto tutto perfetto ci tornerei sicuramente.

A great place in a great place...Athens

This was a wonderful space extremely convenient to restaurants and shops. In fact, it sits right over a restaurant. The room was very comfortable with plenty of power outlets and a nice little work area for me to catch up on emails. While the restaurant below was a little noisy on the weekend nights, it wasn't terrible, and I was able to sleep pretty soundly. The service from Savas from greeting me to recommending restaurants was fabulous! Easy walking distance to the Acropolis too!
