Whilst the basic facilities of this, I hesitate to call it to Hotel, are ok - the toilet in my room was constantly filling and flushing itself throughout the night, every five minutes. This meant sleep was impossible. Add to that paper thin walls and very rowdy neighbours (beyond hotels control of course) it was an awful experience. There are no staff on site and the WhatsApp helpline did not respond to my message. Steer well clear is my opinion.

Extremely clean, close to the airport and multiple restaurant options close by. Also super market was like a 1 minute walk. Great place.

Apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. Check in and out instructions were easy. The courtyard area was not well lit so finding your room could be a challenge if you arrive after dark. Several restaurants in walking distance. Airport transfers were on time, but keep in mind when scheduling your times that they can pick up and drop off more than one property and they use a van lot at the airport that is a few minute walk from the terminal.

The facility itself was perfectly fine for one night. Clean but minimal, with very hard mattress. The airport shuttle was mostly convenient, but only runs at set times so we would have had to wait over an hour when we landed in Athens for pick-up. We ended up getting a taxi instead, then took the shuttle to the airport the next day. Overall worked out and was fair value for the price.

The cutest lift style Village, so clean, so communicative before & during my stay. Airport shuttle was a perk and perfect for our early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again. Although the surrounding area looked a little scary & runned down, once inside the private gate it was truly beautiful and safe.

The courtyard area was beautiful and I felt safe the entire time I stayed here which is a lovely feeling. The water in the shower got very hot which was appreciated. There are a few item, however that I wish this location had. They had no salt and pepper in the kitchen area. The pillows on the beds were not very good quality and very very thin. Also there needs to be a bigger trash can in this room, because we were no able to throw away our pizza box. Other than this, we had no issues.

First of all, I am not a complainer. I have Gold status with Hotels.com and have stayed at many hotels, always leaving positive reviews when I receive good service. I’m sharing this because I believe it will help future guests. The property itself is new and clean. The main issue is the airport shuttle. As other reviews mention, you may have to wait a long time. It seems they wait until several groups are gathered before sending the shuttle. Our 9:00 p.m. shuttle included three groups, yet we were told the 8:00 p.m. shuttle was full, while the 7:00 p.m. one still had space. Considering the property has only five units, this was unexpected. Our request for a morning shuttle was also denied, and we were told to take the same time as two other groups. The next issue is the kitchen. There are no cooking utensils such as knives or frying pans. The only pot is a very small milk pan, and there is no microwave, so you cannot heat food. Guests should be aware of this. Lastly, the benefit that should have been provided based on my Silver status at booking—a complimentary bottle of wine—was not offered. Since no staff are on-site, communication is through WhatsApp. When I asked, they told my reservation was through Expedia and my status was not Silver. I contacted Hotels.com support, provided screenshots, and they confirmed my status. They responded quickly and negotiated with the hotel, but the hotel still refused to provide the wine. If you expect this benefit, confirm with.
