We received no information on how to catch the hotel shuttle. We were dropped off at the wrong location, but luckily the shuttle driver realized his mistake and reloaded ha onto the bus and took us to the correct location. The room was clean and remodeled, but there was a small cockroach in the kitchen area, the towels are horrible (frayed and rough and old) and the beds are hard as rock. I would not stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. Nice facility. Airport shuttle was convenient although very early/too early for my flight. But, it’s better than the alternative.

Very clean and perfect for our family the courtyard was nice except I had to put my cigarettes in a baggie because there was no ashtray anywhere to be found and I’m very conscious about not littering. The staff was great with communication and the fre airport shuttle was perfect.

Staff was kind and accommodating, they held our luggage until check-in time or as soon as the room was ready. The room and the area is so cute. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the ride to the airport was on time and excellent. Highly recommend if you’re needing to stay somewhere near the airport or in town for any reason.

Very quiet place in a clean well-maintained yard. Room is spacious and clean with kitchen. Probably need to take bus then access to metro , but we just stayed one night for next day’s flight so not an issue.

Upon arrival we called to schedule the transfer to the airport as it discussed on the website however they said their shuttle can only take 2 people. When I discussed we had 3, what are we to do, they said find our own. I discussed that is not what is stated on their website they did not care and just stated we had to get our own. I contacted Expedia and they called and also got the same feedback. I asked to cancel our reservation but they said no. So we picked this place because of the free transfer and then had to pay over $50 to get a ride. On top of that there were roaches in the bathroom, the bed was so uncomfortable and all you could do is feel the springs. And just make sure you are aware it’s a property management firm so you check yourself in and the only way you find that out is with a message in the Expedia app which you might not be checking all the time when transferring on ferries and all the other travel going on.

It’s got a B&B feel to it no on site staff so you have to fry a code to get yoUr keys. It was a nice apartment plenty of room for us even though we just spent a night because it’s close to the airport and had a free shuttle. It’s in the middle of an old Athens neighborhood so several small cafes are around.

The proximity of this property is the only thing to like about this property. The check in process was difficult. The customer service team is extremely slow to respond. It took hours to receive a response for anything. The free shuttle service only runs once a day and it’s near impossible to schedule a pick up. I would never recommend this property.

as two girls travelling alone we felt a bit unsure of safety level. however the place was lovely. be aware that your shuttle may be running a few minutes late if you’re trying to make a flight!
