We really loved this location 5-10 minute walk to the acropolis and Museam/plaka/hadrians arch/city garden We also loved all the local restaurants we didn’t have a bad meal. Grocery store on the next block pharmacy close by local fruit vender I could go on and on Great Living Koukaki is a gem in the middle of everything

Great location. Easy to get around. Many great places nearby. Parking is tricky, but you don’t really need a car in this area. Washer and dryer on site. Dishes, utensils and glassware available in the room. Nice size refrigerator. Microwave and 2 burner cooktop. Management is not on site but they are quick to respond via email. Would stay here again.

Our room was very spacious and clean. Had a small kitchenette. Was centrally located so we could walk to several ancient sites. Also close to several dining sites. Only problem was that we were woke up early by barking dogs. Guess there was a doggy daycare nearby. But that's not the hotels fault.

As the property name says it all Great Living is probably an understatement Yannis was a great host the room was immaculate modern and with all the amenities you would want in an apartment style setting apart from the front door slamming from other guests as we were ground floor the noise from the surrounding neighbourhood was low if that. We would recommended this property and are planning another trip in the near future and definitely will be back to stay.

Perfect location

Great Living Koukaki was a perfect spot to stay for a few nights. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, 15-20 minute walk into central Athens and the Acropolis, and we felt safe the whole time. Not nearly as busy as some of the other neighbourhoods which was a huge plus. The only downfall was having just one washroom in the apartment. With 4 people sharing space it's not always easy. But we made due and had a great time!
