The bathtub needs some kind of bath mat or something non stick inside tub! Thank goodness for the handles cause that’s what saved me from falling all the way into the tub because the bottom of tub was so slick!! Not a good thing for someone that just got a total knee replacement three months ago!! Do Better!! The shower curtain was ripped! Very tacky! Breakfast had nice choices!

Room was great, staff was great. Only one elevator working on NYE and a fully booked hotel plus Parking was full were the drawbacks, but it was NYE. Although we had a space earlier, lost it when we went to visit someone at the hospital. Worked out fine ultimately though as we were able to use the retail spaces within the same garage for a reasonable rate but the fact that the hotel cannot accommodate all guests when full sort of put me off.
