We arrived after check-in but a quick call to the staff made the arrival process smooth and efficient. A great place to hold your things and have a good night's rest after a busy day.

If you want to stay in Athens definitely this place we rented Suite very spacious with sofa. I also happen to see other rooms and also spacious. The lobby is small but I don't mind at all. I rather get the space in the rooms. I stay at several hotel in athens all rooms were bery small.Location amazing for walking to shopping and walking to restaurants and night life.

2024年の年末に3泊しました。 ブティックホテルで、フロントに人が要る時間が限られていますが、事前に、ドアのロック解除の方法や人が不在の時にチェックインする方法などもメールで連絡をくれます（鍵は、ナンバーロック式のセーフティボックスで受け渡しできます）ので、不便はありませんでした。 日中はフロントにJuliaさんがいらっしゃいまして、非常に丁寧・フレンドリーに接してくださいます。不在時も、メール・Whatup等のメッセージアプリでコミュニケーションを丁寧にとってくださるので楽です。 エレベーターが狭く、同時に複数人がバッグを持って登れないので、その点はやや不便です。 また、部屋はそれほど大きくなく、家族4人（夫婦＋学生2名）で泊りましたが、2つのソファーベッドをエキストラベッドで使う形でした。 面白かったのが、最初にお湯が出なくて焦ったのですが入り口近くのボタンを押してしばらく待つと、お湯が貯まる仕組みだったらしく、慣れればずっと熱いお湯も出て快適でした。 立地は、古代のアゴラのすぐそば、古代のアゴラに沿って並ぶ綺麗なレストランにも至近ですので、食事をする場所などには全く困りません。アクロポリスにも歩いてすぐに行けました。プラカ地区などもプラプラと散策でき、市内散策には最高です。 すこし、繁華街に近いのと、１Fのレストランが騒がしいので、遅い時間まで歌声や喧騒が聞こえました。ただ、眠れないほどのひどさではありません。 自慢の、屋上からのアクロポリスの眺めは、写真の通りで、本当に素晴らしく、夜のアクロポリスのライトアップは、「ああ、アテネに来たんだなあ」と旅情や感動を掻き立ててくれました。 総じて、家族連れで数日過ごす上では、リーズナブルでとても良いホテルです。家族連れにはお勧め。 一流ホテルのサービスや設備を期待される方は、市内からやや外れた大型国際チェーンのホテルを利用されると良いと思います。

A Must-go with a Gorgeous Acropolis View

We absolutely loved our stay at the Athens version. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and if they weren't available there was a phone number that we could text at all times. Housekeeping left the room in wonderful condition every single day, there was a nice climate unit in our apartment which adapted really well. Next to the hotel on the ground floor is a wonderful food establishment that had beautiful music every night that we opened our window to listen to. And if music's not your thing closing the window keeps it more than quiet enough! We will be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family as they come to Athens. Last but not least, is the breathtaking view of the Acropolis on the roof of the hotel. And if the Acropolis is not your cup of tea, you can see various different churches and other ruins. While on top of the roof! We got a room where we could see the temple of Hephaestus through our window! 10 out of 10 would recommend! The location is super near Monastiraki and Thissio Metro stations, and a lot of shopping and flea markets! Also, the food scene near the hotel is some of the best food we've had in Athens!

This hotel is located a short walk from Monastiraki square. Olga was there when we arrived but staff is not there 24 hours a day instead there is a code to enter the building. The room was lovely. We had a large corner room with a king-size bed and a couch. It was so sunny that we had to keep the curtains drawn to reduce the heat but it was great in the morning. The location was super convenient. Just downstairs is a restaurant and there is a lovely gelateria just a block away on Ermou. You are only minutes from the famous Monastiraki market surrounded by streets for shopping and full of outdoor seating restaurants. It seemed that every other restaurant had a duo on bouzouki and guitar or keys which was great. Although it was not a problem for us, Monastiraki is a busy place and there is music going on until late in the evening. We used earplugs and slept fine.

この場所は最高です。秘密は屋上！ ギリシャはUBERがあるから安い金額でアテネ中央駅からブルジョアチェックインできた。 室内は綺麗です。 屋上は人工芝生で椅子と机があります。 そしてなんとパルテノン神殿が目の前にあり夜景は絶景です。 基本管理人はいなく入口の扉は番号ロックで入館 遠隔(メール)等で連絡しチェックインするシステムです。 実はこのホテルではなく違うホテルをあ◯だで予約していたが予約されていなく予約金額の２倍払うなら泊めさせてやると言われ頭に来て高いと言ったら追い出され(少しギリシャが嫌いになり)、すぐここを予約しました。すぐここに来たが上記の通り遠隔システムなのですぐには対応できていなく。一階のレストランのオーナー？が連絡をとってくれてすぐ入れました。(ギリシャを見直しました) ちなみに一階のレストランですがステーキとリゾットは絶品です。 一応チェックアウト時間をメールでお伝えしたらその時来てくれてこのホテルは良かったかい？と聞いてきたので最高だよ！と伝え、互いにありがとう握手をしてここをさりました。(ギリシャが好きになりました。) 後この周辺を散歩した時、ここから北方面に３分位歩くと一気にアウトロー感満載になります。ホームレスが沢山いて浮浪者の徘徊も多く危険を察知し早歩きで抜けました。 絶対に近いてはダメです。 ここのホテル周辺は人が多いので安心ですがそれでもギリシャの深夜は絶対出ない方がおすすめです。 残念な所 建物の構造上仕方ないのでしょうがエレベーターは半一階分上なので重いスーツケースを持っていると上げるのがきついのとエレベーター内は狭い！ 2人で入ったら鼻息聞こえてきそうw 近くにスーパーは無く10分は歩く ジュースは2分位の所にお土産屋があるのでそこで買える。 写真は高画質の為上げれませんでした。

This property is in a GREAT location! Right at the fit of what i should call "old town". Walk to all the places to see in athens. But the start of the show is the staff. Attentive and very helpful. Problems or dinner/activity suggestions, they're spot on. I have to day at first glance mayby not what you'd expect. But an easy 5 stars.

We stayed at the place for only one night between an island ferry and a flight out of Greece. The place was easy to find and everything worked smoothly. It has a great location that is walkable to all of the old town. There is also paid parking in 3 walking minutes distance. There is also a roof terrace from which you can see the Akropolis. We can highly recommend staying there!

This was a nice, clean room in a very convenient location. Angelo, who checked me in, provided me with excellent recommendations for nearby coffee shops and cafes. It was great to head up to the building's rooftop in the early evening to enjoy views of the Acropolis and other sites.

Don’t let the name fool you, there’s nothing luxury about this place and they’re definitely not suites. The rooms are very small very basic but clean. The hotel is hard to find, behind a restaurant and under a canopy. It is very small, the stairs are very narrow, thank goodness they have a teeny tiny elevator that fits your suitcases only, too small for you to be in it with your suitcase. The office is a small cubby hole underneath the stairs with just a chair and small table, there was no-one there most of the time. The teeny tiny room was clean, in front of the bed is a desk with a toy teeny tiny refrigerator which is a joke because even if it did work every time you leave the room all the power goes out including the toy joke of a refrigerator so anything in there does not stay cold!!! The staff was pleasant when we did see them and the restaurant in front of the hotel is amazing! We ate there a lot.

Best location ever! Walking distance to all the archaeological sites, shopping areas, amazing restaurants. It’s a service apartment so there is no 24 hours reception, but kind supportive staff will help you anytime you need to ask for help. Highly recommended!
