We stayed only for 3 days in THE EDGE, but we had a great time. We decided for it as there were big and comfortable rooms, close to the city center and also opportunities to get easy to the beach side. The beds were very good and the climate in the rooms were great. Even when something was not as expected, the service team made everything happen to solve the situation. So we were very happy to stay and enjoyed Athens.

Out standing property. If you are look g for the perfect location, center to all attractions, a25 Euro uber from the airport, 15 euro from the port. Building is well maintained, host response is immediate. A bit complicated to draw keys, and use codes to enter the facility, but screenshot all, and save for easy reference to pull up the info easy. Would DEFF stay here again, no questions.

Leider war der Pool nicht sauber und aloft grün , nachdem wir die Gastgeberin darauf hingewiesen haben wurde das Wasser aber gereinigt. Man hätte uns hier informieren sollen das der Pool ein paar Tage nicht verfügbar ist .

The property is very clean and modern, made to please , but with some problems : WiFi didn’t work for 3 days Unit with not enough equipment to use properly ( kitchen with pretty much nothing inside, no toilet paper, hot water was spotty …) Host is responsive but irregularly It could easily get solved so I hope you do.

El alojamiento está limpio y es relativamente nuevo. No hay recepción como tal, te tienes que coger tu las llaves siguiendo unas indicaciones y depositarlas al irte. Eso supone un inconveniente cuando surge algún problema porque la comunicación no es eficaz durante 24 horas. La piscina tiene bastante sucias las paredes en la parte que no le cubre el agua. Está cerca del centro pero el barrio no es de lo mejor.

The apartment was nice and clean. Nice rooftop with pool. Communication with Liana, the host was great and she was very helpful and available. The only two minor things that we didn’t appreciate were a bad smell when we entered in the apartment and the not so nice surroundings. Besides that everything was good! We would return to The Edge!

The property itself is very beautiful and well maintained, and the room was very clean. I also appreciated that check in and check out were easy and that it was straightforward to find my way around the property. However, there were two things that significantly affected my stay. When I arrived to my room in the evening, it was extremely hot. The windows and doors had been left open during the day, apparently without any consideration for the temperature. The curtains were also hanging loosely to the left and right side, which made the room look as though someone had broken into it. This was particularly disappointing given how beautifully and carefully the room itself had been cleaned. So it took a while to cool down the room. The second and much more important issue is the pool shown as part of the property. It is not really a pool in the usual sense. It is more like a small paddling pool and, at most, suitable for children. I specifically chose this property because it advertised a pool, so discovering that it was essentially a paddling pool was very disappointing. In my opinion, presenting this as a pool when it is not suitable for swimming gives guests a misleading impression and can directly influence their booking decision. Overall, the property has a lot of potential and is visually very appealing, but the pool description should be much more accurate and the room should be prepared appropriately for the temperature before guests arrive.

We booked this hotel but unfortunately had to cancel due to an unexpected situation. Communication was slow, and aside from repeatedly telling us that cancellation wasn't possible, no alternatives or flexibility were offered. We visit Greece every year and would have gladly used the reservation for next year or accepted another reasonable solution. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to accommodate us. To make matters worse, after we clearly explained that we would not be able to make our stay on those dates, we still received a message saying, "Enjoy your stay," which made it seem like our situation hadn't even been read. Very disappointing customer service. Flexibility and communication go a long way, especially with returning visitors.
