4/10 Poor

"The wing of the hotel where I stayed felt unsafe. Only 1 tiny elevator that took long to arrive and no stairs to at least avoid the elevator. If there was an emergency it would be difficult to get out of the hotel if you stay in that wing. The rooms are outdated and my room was dusty. Staff was not very friendly or helpful with guidance around the different terminals."

"This hotel is located on a busy street with TRAFFIC at rush hours. The windows are paper-thin, so if you have a room facing the main street, you will hear all the cars honking during rush hour. Staff were friendly, no complaints surrounding the room or stay. Convenient location, lots of walkable places to eat and explore in this safe neighborhood. Parking spaces are VERY TIGHT, at times did not seem there were enough spaces for the amount of guests. They will take your ID for the remotes for the rooms which will be returned to you before you leave. Overall, decent hotel with a decent price in a great location."

"Was not told prior to arrival the hotel is under construction. Which would generally be ok until I noticed things in the room were half done. I booked the rooms and my two other friends had great rooms on the 8th floor. Large bathrooms and views. I was put on the 6th floor. Plaster coming off the bathroom ceiling and construction marks as if they're still planning to work on it. The bathroom floor would be completely flood during a shower. Having to use multiple towels. The property is in a great location, walkable to everything. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay, which made everything very convenient. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept so well every night. We also loved how much bigger the room felt compared to other places we’ve stayed. The bathroom even had a fan, which was a nice feature. The only small downside for me was the bright green light near the air conditioning thermostat, which was noticeable at night. I woke up and it was at the head of the bed and couldnt go back to sleep because it was in my eyes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others."
