"Absolutely LOVED my stay at ULiV Cibeles. Honestly one of the best stays I could’ve picked for my solo CDMX trip. The location truly could not be better — super walkable and right in the middle of everything. I was constantly walking to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, OXXO runs, etc. and it made the entire trip feel easy and convenient. The room itself was SO spacious, especially for a city stay. It actually felt more like a mini apartment than a standard hotel room. Everything was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom itself wasn’t huge, but it was really well done and comfortable — and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure, modern finishes, and honestly one of my favorite parts after long days out exploring CDMX. Overall just such a great stay and an amazing home base for the trip. Perfect mix of location, comfort, cleanliness, and value. Would absolutely stay here again and already recommending it to friends visiting CDMX."

"Las habitaciones estuvieron muy limpias, cero problemas con el valet parking. Pero la taza del baño no funcionaba, éramos un grupo de 5 en una habitación familiar y no podíamos usar el baño, teníamos que ir hasta el lobby. Llamamos a recepción para informar que no servía, mandaron a un chico una hora después… y no resolvió nada. Al día siguiente volvimos a hablar y fue la persona de limpieza, dijo que el agua tardaba mucho en subir y que probablemente si estaba tapado, en toda la estancia no se pudo usar el baño. La verdad fue muy incómodo y un inconveniente muy muy grande. Ojalá puedan estar al pendiente de los baños."

"This Ritz hotel does not meet the standards of an actual Ritz hotel. Hallway floors were damaged and dirty. Shower curtain smelled and had mold. Great location though!"
